When you enter your credit card information at the secure site, you are doing so on a secure server, other than our server, provided by an accredited automated online service. We do not have any access to your credit card number, the card expiration date or billing address. All we receive from the service is your shipping information and a transaction confirmation receipt, just as you will. We can access your transaction record for the purpose of issuing a credit back to a card when necessary.

WE DO NOT collect, retain, accumulate or share the names or contact information about anyone that places orders with us or visits our website. This policy will not change.

Due to speaking engagements, personal appearances & travel there may be times when the daily will be delayed or not be available. Subscribers will be given a prorated credit to their subscription renewal for issues not shipped. These editions are NOT for copying or redistribution. Ask us about our 'private label' series for your marketing.

To subscribe, please complete the form and pay with your MasterCard or Visa card on our secure server. Click the check box next to the price to select the subscription(s) you would like to receive. Your credit card information will be entered on the following form. Your order will be confirmed via e-mail.

If you select our Auto-Bill Daily Edition, automated payment plan with discounted pricing, your credit card will automatically be billed every month. This agreement may be withdrawn by either party at any time with the understanding there may be a few days lead time to cancel the automated charge. Where necessary, credits will be issued to your credit card.

This is my authorization to allow the Financial News & Information Service to periodically charge the cost of my newsletters to my MasterCard, Visa or American Express charge card. This authorization is limited to the cost of my newsletters plus any sales taxes as required (Ca only) to be lawfully collected (e-mail delivery currently exempt from sales tax in CA) in conformity with the agreed upon price and frequency. This authorization is limited to charges for newsletters only, at the exclusion of all else. I understand that this blanket authorization does not, in any way, waive my rights to dispute any charges that I feel are beyond the scope of this authorization.
